"DJC is committed to provide its customers with excellence in service through continual improvement that focuses on accurate and timely reporting of results"

This policy has been formulated and approved by company's executive team. The policy is explained and discussed at general orientation training given to all employees. The policy is also posted in conspicuous locations throughout the company.

In the implementation of this policy, all employees of the company share the responsibility to ensure the highest quality. Quality system and program requirements are established to ensure that all company personnel follow appropriate procedures throughout entire life cycles of our services.

HSE POLICY

For all company operations, DJC is guided by the philosophy that all employees should be able towork safely and in a safe environment. As a company, we are committed to the preventionof injuries, illnesses and damage to property and base this commitment on our efforts to eliminate hazards. The objectives of this policy are:

1. To formally state this philosophy and

2. To establish a structured program to ensure staff participation in our effort, and

3. To provide a safe working environment through accident prevention.

success of this program depends on the involvement of each individual at DJC our safety program cannot be successful without the leadership from management that is ultimately responsible to provide a safe place to work. This entails having adequate safety and health rules that are enforced as a function of line management.

Safety must be considered an integral part of quality control, cost reduction and job efficiency,and should never be sacrificed for production. Every supervisor will be held accountable forsafety performance of employees under their supervision.

All staff members are charged with the responsibility of preventing incidents or conditions that could lead to accidents. Effective training and education programs must provide a foundation for effective safety management as we work together to make safety part of the culture of working at DJC. Toward that end, this safety policy statement as well as a basic safety program overview will be a part of each employee’s orientation to work at DJC. All our employees will participate in a site specific safety orientation reviewing our programs before initiating any work at any of our facilities.
